Planning History Report, Know Before They Build and AppealCheck are trading names of Ronel Vermeer, sole trader, of the above address. Card payments appear on your statement under the trading name Planning History Report.
We provide planning information for a property or postcode: one-off reports (a property's planning history, and appeal intelligence) delivered by email as a PDF, and a planning-alerts email subscription that tells you when a planning application is submitted or decided at your postcode.
This is an information service, not an official local authority search, and must not be relied on as one — including in a conveyancing or property transaction.
The information is collected from local planning authority portals and the Planning Inspectorate and is provided as published by those sources. We do not correct, complete or warrant it. Coverage is uneven and varies by council. You must not treat an absent record as evidence that no such record exists.
Prices are shown on each product page in pounds sterling and are payable at the time of purchase. One-off reports are a single payment; planning alerts are £19.99 per year and you can cancel at any time using the link in every alert email. Payment is taken securely by SumUp — we never see or store your card details.
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full.
Planning data is refreshed on a schedule, not in real time, and some datasets are rebuilt overnight. We aim to deliver reports within minutes and alerts on the day a change is published, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on the information, including property purchase, lending or development decisions. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
We may change these terms and will post the updated version here.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
